Just one week ago, I had the honor of visiting the state of Georgia (one of the most

beautiful States I've ever visited.) to service roughly 50 banks. It was my first personal

experience cleaning for Bio-Dry, and theres only one word I could use to describe cleaning the

banks, "easy". I often found myself singing along to our radio while cleaning the bank lanes, it

felt much more like a "spring sweep" then cleaning up oil spots.

Specifically after we had laid the product onto the concrete or asphalt. The broom did most of

the work, I simply walked back and forth while the product spread (at an incredible rate, i

might add) throughout the entire problem area.

If you've overlooked ordering Bio-Dry for fear that the application process was too

difficult or complicated, then let me be the first (but definitely not the last) person to tell you.

It's as easy as it gets. And the satisfaction of getting rid of those disgusting oil spots once you're

finished is well worth the little effort you put forth. Or of course, you could call Bio-Dry and I

might show you how easy it is myself!

Bio-Dry and the CWA

All around the world people are switching from using the "old age"
way of asphalt and concrete cleaning, pressure washing; to the "new age" of
cleaning, waterless cleanerS, they get the job done quicker, easier, and in an
environmentally safe way. Did you know that without an NPDES permit from the Water Quality Protection Division, pressure washing is illegal if you do not collect the polluted water before it enters a storm drain?

By using Bio-Dry's Waterless Concrete and Asphalt cleaners, you avoid
any worries over violating the policies of the CWA (Clean Water Act) and you'll finish
the job in a quicker, easier fashion without the added complications of having to purchase extra equipment to collect the polluted water. Not only does Bio-Dry
completely comply with all of the CWA policies, but it is 100% environmentally
friendly and bio-degradable.

Subtle difference, incredible results

Don't be fooled by other waterless concrete cleaners who boast about

their "oil depleting" products! There is a huge difference in depletion

and adhesion. Bio-Dry is the only Waterless Concrete Cleaner that truly

absorbs (dissolves) oils and greases, which is more than we can say for our counterparts,

who use adsorption. Although the spelling couldn't be more similar,

they serve very different purposes when it comes to cleaning.

Absorption creates a friction between the oil and grease molecules, causing them

to create a light film of the molecules over the surface. Whereas absorption

dissolves the waste molecules to completely

rid you of your problem.

Adsorption pulls the molecules to the surface, then creates an

adhesion between each of the molecules; though, never truly depleting

the oil or grease. Absorption attracts the molecules to the surface,

the molecules then enter the minute spaces of Bio-Dry's Concrete Cleaner

and are then dissolved, relieving you of your unsightly problem.

Bio-Dry is the ONLY Waterless Concrete Cleaner to truly

use absorption.

and molecules being absorbed by Bio-Dry's Waterless Concrete Cleaner (right).

It's all in the Science

Did you know that for every bottle of Bio-Dry Concrete Cleaner, and Asphalt Cleaner
there is a process we have to go through to a natural growth procedure of
pure bacteria culture? Before it is mixed with multiple environmentally friendly
surfactants and fragrances? And that EVERY one of the ingredients are on the TSCA list or naturally occuring therefore declared harmless to the environment?

Well, we're going to assume that you didn't know that and explain it to you a little
more. In our products, (and we mean all of them) we use bacteria cultures that are,
in no way genetically altered during the processing steps. Every additive used within
the process are naturally occuring, and every bit of it gets sterilized under extreme
pressures and temperatures for at least 20 minutes. We'll also assume you don't know the substitute our top competitors use for our natural bacteria; which is,
enzymes. Enzymes are by definition a protein or conjugated proteins which
are produced by living organisms and function as a biochemical accelerator.
The enzymes do well to break down and liquify grease or other waste;though, they
do not take the process any further. The liquified waste can then re-solidify
downstream from the treatment point and cause major problems such as blockages.
Infact, the use of enzymes has actually been banned by many townships, and are
requiring the use of bacterial formations.

Bacteria are living organisms that excrete enzymes to jumpstart the
break down of grease and other wastes, the major advantage of using a bacterial
formulation over enzymes is that the bacteria can then finish the job of eliminating the wastes, saving you and others from dealing with the problems later
caused by enzymes. The trick is that after the enzymes do their jobs of breaking
down the waste, the bacteria seeks the simpler compounds as a food source and
eliminate the proper ingredients for the waste to re-solidify. Using our product
can actually improve the overall quality of pipes, sewer lines, etc. because after
the bacteria feeds on the compounds, they then reproduce and continue to feed on
any build-up downstream.

All Bio-Dry LLC's products are entirely bacterial and do not contain
added free enzymes and therefore will not cause the detrimental and costly effects
caused by enzyme-only formulations. Yet another reason why Bio-Dry is the product
for you!
